Taking Your Measurements

Measure yourself or have a friend measure you with a measuring tape around your chest at the widest part, around your waist and around your hips at the widest part. Only wear underwear when measuring. Make sure not to tighten the measuring tape too much when measuring.

Choosing a Size

Once you have taken your own measurements, find the size that is closest to your measurements in our measurements table.
Under each pattern in the description, you will find a guidance to which measurement is most important to take into account for that specific pattern. For example, the bust measurement is the most important in the Trapeze dress because it is loose around the hips and waist.

In Between Sizes?

All of our patterns include all sizes between XXS and XXL. 

Most of us don't fit all measurements in one size. For example, your hip measurement is a size large, but your bust is closer to a size medium. In that case, print the sizes you match on the different measurement areas, and draw between the lines, so you end up with a tailored size.

All files have layered sizes. This means that you can print only the sizes you need, if you open the file in the free PDF viewer Adobe Acrobat Reader (download here). 

Final Garment Measurements

For all patterns that are loosely fitted, extra space, so-called ease, has been added for movement. Therefore, there is always some extra space compared to the measurements in the table. 

On each product page and in the manual, you will find the final garment measurements. This will indicate how much ease there is for each measurement are so that you will be better equipped to choose your size.

SHIPPING

Please note that peak periods such as Black Friday may affect the delivery time of your order, as both our warehouse and shipping carriers experience higher demand and processing times may be longer than usual.

If you order before 14:00 / 2:00 PM (CET) on weekdays, the order will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 / 2:00 PM on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that orders made during Danish public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day which will effect the delivery times stated below
