Prices & Payment
All prices stated are incl. VAT and taxes where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.

PUFF AND PENCIL receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped (either via email or by post). Reservations are made for price errors and discontinued items.

Copyright & Use of Patterns
All PUFF AND PENCIL sewing patterns are for personal, non-commercial use only. This means you may use our patterns to create garments for yourself, friends, or family, but you may not:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute our patterns in any form (digital or physical).

  • Use our patterns or designs for commercial purposes, including producing garments for resale.

  • Claim our designs or patterns as your own.

All rights to digital and printed products belong to PUFF AND PENCIL. Upon purchase, a license is obtained to use the purchased product for personal use only.

If you wish to use our patterns for teaching or workshops please contact us directly hello@puffandpencil.com.

Delivery of Digital Patterns 
All PUFF AND PENCIL PDF patterns are delivered digitally. You will receive an email with a download link within 30 minutes of completing your purchase. If you do not receive the email within this timeframe, please check your spam folder. If you have not received the item within this time frame, please contact us at hello@puffandpencil.com.

Delivery of Printed Patterns

PUFF AND PENCIL'S printed patterns are shipped from our warehouse. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, or peak periods (such as Black Friday). For detailed information on shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times, please refer to our Shipping page in the footer.

Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

14-day Right of Withdrawal 
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on printed patterns purchased on our webshop. This right does not apply to digital patterns, as they are delivered immediately after purchase. The withdrawal period starts from the day you have picked up or received the printed pattern you have ordered.

To exercise your 14-days right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order to hello@puffandpencil.com.

Please note:

You must notify us by email if you wish to cancel; simply refusing delivery does not constitute cancellation. The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • If you have purchased a digital pattern, as the product are sent immediately after purchase
  • If the item is personalized for you and your specifications
  • A printed pattern's protective sticker has been opened
  • If the product have stains, holes, damage, smells (e.g. perfume and smoke) on the item

How to Return a Printed pattern

If you wish to return an item, it must be sent directly to our warehouse; you may not choose a parcel shop or a post office. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. You have to sent without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us on email (hello@puffandpencil.com) of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Complaints & Reimbursement

We always make sure to go through every single item for defects before packing and shipping it.

A 2-year right to file a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If there is a defect to your item please send an email to hello@puffandpencil.com, with specifications and photo documentation, within 2-3 days after picking up or receiving your item.

When you regret your purchase of printed patterns, we will refund the payment received from you. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received your notice of cancellation.

We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice.

We process your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you, and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase.
