This is the paper pattern for the TIE Blouse with the CONE Sleeves.

The TIE Blouse is a loose fitted blouse with a v-neckline and is sligthly cropped. The blouse is closed with ties in the front. The CONE sleeve is a classic cone-shaped sleeve.

FABRIC RECOMMENDATIONS
This pattern is designed for woven fabric types. Fabrics like poplin, linen, woven viscose, cottontwill, light denim, taslan, broderie anglaise, satin, silk, and seersucker all work well for this blouse.
