The CHELSEA collar is a classic collar with pointed flaps and a round shape in the back. It fits Puff and Pencil's dresses and blouses with a V-neck and is sewn in a ‘sandwich’ between facing and neckline.

The pattern is made primarily for woven fabrics.
Avoid too heavy too light fabric. If you are in doubt
about which fabric to choose then fabrics such as
poplin, woven viscose and cotton fabrics all work
well for this collar.
