Prices All prices are in Danish kroner or Euros and stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.
Payment PUFF AND PENCIL receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped (via email). All amounts are in DKK Danish kroner or EUR euros and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and discontinued items.
Delivery of digital products PUFF AND PENCIL sends all patterns digitally. It can take up to 30 minutes before an email with a download link is received by the customer. If you have not received the item within this time frame, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be aware that the email may have ended up in your email spam inbox.
14-days full right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on our webshop, though not on digital patterns that have been downloaded. The withdrawal period starts from the day you have picked up or received your order.
To make use of your 14-days right to return you have to send us an email, within the 14 days, to email@example.com
You cannot regret by refusing to receive the item or not pick up the order without notifying us by email that you have regretted your purchase.
You cannot make use of the 14-days right of return:
- If the link, for your digital pattern, has been clicked on and download has begun
- If the item is personalized for you and your specifications
Want to return your order?
Send us an email notifying us of the return on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to return the order, you must pay attention to the following if you want to be sure to get the full amount refunded:
- The item must be in its original packaging
- There must be no stains, holes, damage, smells (e.g. perfume and smoke) on the item
- If there are labels on the item, these must be on
Where to and how to send it
If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send the item to us without delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to make use of your 14 days right of return on your item.

Please note that the package must be sent directly to our address; you may not choose a parcel shop or a post office.
We always make sure to go through every single item for defects before packing and shipping it.
A 2-year right to file a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If there is a defect to your item please send an email to email@example.com, with specifications and photo documentation, within 2-3 days after picking up or receiving your item.

Reimbursement When you regret, we will refund all payments received from you. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received your notice of cancellation.
We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice.
Copyright Your digital product is personal and it is not permitted to sell, forward, or give away the purchased product or otherwise distribute it, either privately or commercially.
All rights to digital products belong to PUFF AND PENCIL. Upon purchase, a license is obtained to use the purchased product, as stated under the product in question.
