The number of meters you need for your sewing project depends on your size, the chosen style and the width of the fabric.
In the description on each individual pattern’s product page or under the pattern designer, you will find a description of how much fabric you need in your size based on the standard width of fabric, which is 145 cm.
You will find the width of the fabric in “Product info” below. If the fabric is narrower than 145 cm, you will need more meters than what is indicated on the pattern description.

This fabric is deadstock fabric. Deadstock is leftover fabric from clothing production. When making something out of deadstock fabric, new production of fabric is avoided.

The clueless skirt requires little fabric, and is easy and quick to make.
The skirt is a wrap-around skirt, which is made with snap buttons. The buttons can be adjusted so that the skirt fits your waistline.
The pattern contains both a detailed, visual manual and a PDF file with a printable pattern, which is printed in A4 and then taped together.

Which fabric is recommended for the skirt?
The pattern is made primarily for woven fabric.
Fabric that is not too thin and light works best for this skirt. Fabrics such as cotton canvas, jacquard, corduroy, wool, linen and light denim work well for the skirt.
How much fabric should is needed for the skirt?
For fabric widths of 140 cm:
XXS-S: approx. 1.25 m
M-XXL: approx. 1.5 m
NB!
For XL and XXL: If the fabric is narrower then 145 cm, then the waistband should be cut into several pieces and sewn together.
